The Assets Sharing feature allows you, as a reseller, to create, design, and share email templates with your users seamlessly. This guide will walk you through how to effectively use this feature to manage and distribute your templates.
Accessing the Assets Section
- Log into your reseller account.
- Navigate to the “Assets” section: This is located at the top right of the dashboard, next to the “Accounts” tab.
- Once inside the “Assets” section, you will see an organized list of your templates, categorized into:
- Free Templates
- Paid Templates
- Smart Templates
- You can sort through your assets based on different template categories :
- All Templates
- My Templates
- General Templates : This refers to your System Emails Templates.
Creating a New Template
- Click on the “+” button to initiate the creation of a new template.

Enter the template details:
- Name: The title of your template, which should be descriptive and specific.
- Subject: This is the default subject line that will appear when the template is used in a campaign.
- Category: Choose whether the template will be listed as “Free” or “Paid”.
- Tags: Add relevant tags to help categorize and make the template easily searchable (e.g., industry-specific tags, seasonal tags).
Designing Your Template
- Once your campaign is created, you’ll be taken to the template editor, where you can customize it with a variety of content blocks:
- Content Blocks: Drag and drop elements such as text boxes, images, buttons, and tables to build your template.
- Customization: Modify layout, colors, and typography to align with your brand's aesthetics.
By using smart templates, you can ensure a cohesive and professional look for all your subaccounts’ email templates.
- Advanced Settings: Utilize advanced features like conditional content or dynamic personalization to enhance engagement.
Saving and Previewing Your Template
- Preview the template by clicking the eye icon at the top right corner. Ensure it displays correctly on both desktop and mobile formats.
- After finalizing your design, click “Save and Exit”.
Sharing Your Template
After previewing, you can decide how to share the template:
- With all your users : Click “Share with All”
- With specific users : Manually select the users to share it with
Alternatively, you can also choose to Unshare your template, either by clicking “Unshare with All” or manually selecting which users to unshare it with.
- Auto-sharing : This allows you to automatically share your template to new accounts.
Click “Publish” once your sharing preferences are set.
How End Users Access Your Templates
End users will be able to access the shared templates in their own accounts. Here’s how they can find them:
- Log in to their account.
- Click on “Create Campaign.”
- Select “Change Template.”
- Navigate to the “[Partner Name] Templates” section.
- Select the template and start customizing it!
