Update @ 7:23pm ET - We escalated to our data center operator at 5:43 pm. Their IT team has been working on the issue since then
Update @ 8:09pm ET - The team is still investigating the issue.
Update @ 8:46pm ET - Our on site team has been able to solve the issue. All delayed maling will be sent out within one hour.

We can't log into our reseller dashboard and we are also getting errors from the API. Please keep us up-to-date, we are getting complaints from our customers.
