Update @ 4:15pm ET: There seems to have been an electrical power issue with our supplier's datacenter. We are awaiting news.
Update @ 4:30pm ET: Engineers are on-site fixing the outage.
Update @ 4:45pm ET: One of our engineers is going on-site with our supplier to address the issue. We will have updates for you every 15 minutes.
Update @ 5:00pm ET: Our engineer has arrived on site. We have confirmation that there is power at the datacenter but no network communication.
Update @ 5:15pm ET: There is general network issue at the datacenter. We will keep you updated as news comes in.
Update @ 5:30pm ET: We are recuperating the system slowly. Services are yet to be restored.
Update @ 6:07pm ET: We are restarting our servers and assessing the logs in order to pinpoint the issue.
Update @ 6:15pm ET: We have partially recovered access to the system. Databases are yet to be fully recovered.
Update @ 6:40pm ET: Our databases are being rebooted.
Update @ 7:05pm ET: Most of our databases have been recovered. The team is still working on the issue with our provider.
Update @ 7:30pm ET: The system has been recovered, but our sending queue is behind.
Update @ 7:45pm ET: The system is back up and running.
