Earlier today, a number of our API clients noticed that calls to the API returned a "Connection Reset by Peer" message instead of the intended results. The issue has now been resolved.
This error message was the result of a significant amount of API calls (in excess of our resource capacity) being placed over a short period of time. A small number of legacy API-only customers were impacted and this issue did not impact those who use the CakeMail web user interface or the CakeMail APIGEE API services. We have taken steps to ensure that this issue will be prevented in the future.
