[RESOLVED] Cakemail experiencing instability affecting UI and API

Cakemail is currently experiencing instability affecting the UI and API availability. The issue is currently being investigated.

Update@20:42 EST: Services are partially operational (UI and API).

Update@20:55 EST: We expect a full recovery @21:15.

Update@21:05 EST: All systems are back to normal.
