[RESOLVED] Cakemail experiencing instability affecting UI and API


Cakemail is currently experiencing instability affecting the UI and API availability. The issue is currently being investigated.

[UPDATE 2017-01-03 10:30 AM ET] Our team is still investigating the cause of the issues. At this time, we do not have an ETA for the resolution of the outage.

[UPDATE 2017-01-03 11:00 AM ET] We have found the cause of the outage and are currently taking actions in order to resolve it as soon as possible. We will post an update in 30 minutes or earlier if the issues is resolved faster.

[UPDATE 2017-01-03 11:25 AM ET] The systems are back online and delayed mailings are being delivered. We are closely monitoring the situation and are ready to take action if needs be.

[UPDATE 2017-01-03 15:05 PM ET] The application is currently experiencing instability again. We are investigating the cause of the issues.
