Cakemail is currently experiencing connectivity issues caused by a telecom provider. Thus, certain users in North America are currently unable to access the user interface.
We are in the process of switching the traffic to a different provider.
We will update this ticket as the situation evolves.
[UPDATE 2016-10-27 16:00:00 ET] We have rerouted traffic from Level3 to another provider. DNS changes should propagate within 30 minutes.
