This add-on is not something your clients can install, but something that will be visible to them as part of your site if you would like to offer integrated live chat support.
To add SnapEngage Live Chat support, click on Manage beside the Snap Engage add-on and select Default Add-On Settings.
You will see a pop up that will then allow you to add your Snap Engage integration code. You’ll get this code from the “Get The Code” portion of the Help Widget Configuration you see when you log in to Snap Engage.
Once it’s installed you (and your customers) will now see a “help” tab on your CakeMail site based on the position settings you defined in your SnapEngage configuration. Just like that, you’re ready for live chatting!
